Where and When:  Centerville Elementary on Monday, November 10, 2025 from 1:30-2:15 pm.
We will all meet in the art room for a special lesson with Mrs. Burns, CES Art Teacher.

New this year – elementary, middle, and high school parent-teacher conferences! The students’ Thanksgiving break is a little longer this year, now that parent-teacher conferences are scheduled for Nov 24-25, 2025. Parents and guardians at all grade levels now have an opportunity to meet with their child’s teacher(s) to discuss academic progress.

We are still aiming for 100% participation at the elementary level. For our secondary schools, given the number of students our teachers teach, we will not have enough slots for all families. Please use this time if you have a genuine concern over your child’s progress. As always, we encourage you to email your child’s teacher throughout the year, whenever an issue arises.

Teachers will provide an email directly to you on Monday, Nov. 3, to schedule a time, should you choose to do so. Please note that you will receive one email per teacher for each of your children, so expect a few to appear in your inbox. If you have not received an email from a teacher you want to have a conference with by Tuesday, please reach out to them directly. Students will also bring a letter home on Monday with information about conferences. Thank you for partnering with us to ensure your child has a successful academic school year!

Tomorrow, October 29th, is Class picture day at CES!

If your student was absent or you want a retake of individual pictures, please send the photo package back with your student tomorrow and they will be able to get their retakes done.
